Can't recommend them enough. I will not hesitate to use their services again, should I need to. All the staff were well presented, well spoken, polite, kind, caring, compassionate and empathetic. My loved one was presented immaculately at visitation, it looked like they were sleeping peacefully. The whole process was made as easy as something like that can be, the staff were above and beyond. Gave me so much comfort knowing my loved one was under their care as they really treated him as if he were their own family member. The funeral was beautifully personalised, I am very satisfied with the service received and with the way my loved one was cared for. Everything was taken care of by the staff, I personally dealt with Sheree, Scott and Doug and couldn't have asked for a kinder and more caring group of people. They should be very proud of themselves as they really take care of every minute detail and clearly care a lot about the families and the deceased. Can't thank them enough for all they did, they really lit the way through the darkest and hardest thing I've ever had to do.
Would highly recommend Barclays to anyone. The staff here from the moment you call to make an appointment to the aftercare shown to our family was second to none. Emma was an absolute angel, she’s certainly in the right job. We went to see my dad and I can’t express how this made me feel. He looked so well cared for and so smart which will stay with me forever. The team on the day of the funeral were so professional and everything was immaculate. They made the day go so smooth and helped us give our dad/stepdad the day he deserved. Thank you all ♥️
We can honestly say Barclays Funeral Directors were just so good at organising our Mums Funeral. It's a very difficult time and they made us feel so much at ease. We dealt with Emma and Scott. Thank you again for all your help. Highly recommend Barclays Funeral Directors in South Queensferry.
